7. Pre-Orders & Made-to-Order Deliveries
Pre-order and tailor-made deliveries follow a different flow:

garments are crafted in European ateliers

delivery times vary based on complexity and workload but tailor-made eveningdresses take approx 5-6 weeks with production and tailor-made bridal dresses take approx 8-12 weeks with production.
You will be updated throughout the process.
Pre-order items are shipped as soon as they are completed.
8. Multiple Items in One Order
If your order contains both in-stock and made-to-order items, we may ship in separate parcels to avoid delays.
This will be communicated in advance.
