At Robéne, every garment is crafted and delivered with the same dedication to quality and precision that defines our brand. This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines processing times, delivery methods, and what you can expect when ordering from www.robeneofficial.com. 


1. Order Processing

1.1 Standard Products (In Stock)

Orders for in-stock items without final touches are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

1.2 Pre-Order & Tailor-Made

These garments require additional production time, as they are crafted specifically for you.

Estimated production timelines will be stated on the product page or communicated after your booking.
Please note that production and delivery dates are estimates and may vary depending on:

  • material availability

  • atelier scheduling

  • hand-sewn details

  • seasonal demand

We will always inform you if delays occur.


2. Shipping Methods & Costs

Shipping options and costs are displayed at checkout and vary depending on destination.
Robéne uses trusted carriers to ensure safe, reliable delivery of your garments.

Common carriers include:

  • DHL

  • UPS

  • PostNord (Nordic regions)

Shipping costs are calculated based on:

  • destination country

  • order weight and size

  • selected delivery service

All shipping fees are non-refundable.


3. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times for in-stock items without need for final touch:

  • Sweden: 1–3 business days

  • Europe: 2–7 business days

  • International: 5–14 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing, local delays, or high seasonal traffic. 

Robéne is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • customs clearance

  • courier disruptions

  • incorrect or incomplete delivery information


4. Customs, Duties & Import Fees

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon arrival.

These charges:

  • are determined by your local customs authority

  • are not included in your purchase price

  • are the responsibility of the customer

Robéne cannot control or estimate these fees.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update depending on the carrier.


6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

Robéne ensures secure packaging and reliable delivery, but if an issue occurs:

6.1 Delayed Shipments

If your package is delayed, please contact the carrier first using your tracking number.
If additional assistance is required, our support team is here to help.

6.2 Lost Packages

A shipment is considered lost only after the carrier confirms it.
We will support you in filing a claim and offer the best possible solution.

6.3 Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Photograph the packaging and item immediately

  2. Contact us at info@robene.se

  3. Include photos and your order number

We will handle the case according to carrier policies and Swedish consumer law.


7. Pre-Orders & Made-to-Order Deliveries

Pre-order and tailor-made deliveries follow a different flow:

  • production begins only after the order is confirmed

  • garments are crafted in European ateliers

  • delivery times vary based on complexity and workload but tailor-made eveningdresses take approx 5-6 weeks with production and tailor-made bridal dresses take approx 8-12 weeks with production.

You will be updated throughout the process.

Pre-order items are shipped as soon as they are completed.


8. Multiple Items in One Order

If your order contains both in-stock and made-to-order items, we may ship in separate parcels to avoid delays.

This will be communicated in advance.


9. Incorrect Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of:

  • name

  • address

  • postal code

  • phone number

  • email

Robéne is not responsible for lost or delayed packages caused by incorrect information provided at checkout.
